Moksha Dharani: Walking Toward a Better Future

Moksha Dharani faced mobility challenges from a young age, stemming from conditions like hallux valgus foot, valgus foot, and flat foot. Her journey began with her parents seeking care at St. Josh Hospital and later consulting Dr. Chennakeghava at HAL Hospital, who referred her to ABLE for further support.

Despite undergoing surgery for bilateral hallux valgus at age 4 and the possibility of future surgery at 18, Moksha struggled to walk independently. Recognizing her unique needs, ABLE provided her with customized bilateral high SMO orthoses. These orthoses transformed her gait, reduced deviations, and significantly enhanced her walking ability.

Today, Moksha walks with confidence and strength, showcasing how personalized care can change lives. At ABLE, we’re proud to be a part of her journey toward a brighter and more mobile future.
