Two-year-old Aradhya Moulik from West Bengal was born with Cerebral Palsy, making every step a challenge. Her father, a construction laborer, and her homemaker mother, though facing financial struggles, never gave up on finding a solution for their daughter.
Under the care of Dr. Kavya at Vydehi Hospital, Aradhya was recommended Bilateral Ankle- Foot Orthosis (AFO) to help her walk. The cost, however, seemed impossible for her family. That’s when an intern from ABLE stepped in, securing the necessary funding and opening the door to a brighter future.
With her orthotic devices and gait training provided by ABLE’s skilled Prosthetics and Orthotics technician, Aradhya is now walking with newfound confidence. Her transformation has brought hope and joy to her family, proving that even small steps can lead to big changes.
At ABLE, we’re honored to support children like Aradhya on their journeys toward independence and brighter tomorrows. Together, we’re making every step count.
